At Lowcountry Pour Co., we are committed to delivering refined bar experiences with professional precision. The following policies ensure clarity, fairness, and seamless event execution.
18% Hospitality & Service Charge
All packages include an 18% hospitality and service fee. This fee is non-negotiable and included in the total package price.
By booking with Lowcountry Pour Co., you acknowledge and agree to this service charge.
Retainer & Payment Schedule
To secure your event date, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event date.
The retainer reserves your date and staffing.
Payments not received by the final due date may result in cancellation of services.
All retainers are non-refundable under any circumstance.
Dry Hire Policy
Lowcountry Pour Co. operates as a dry hire mobile bar service.
Clients are responsible for purchasing and providing all alcohol for their event.
We are happy to assist with recommended quantities and shopping guidance; however:
We do not purchase alcohol on behalf of clients.
We do not transport alcohol to or from event locations.
We do not retain leftover alcohol after event completion.
Clients must comply with all local and state alcohol laws and venue requirements.
Guest Safety
Lowcountry Pour Co. reserves the right to:
Refuse service to intoxicated guests
Cease alcohol service if guest safety becomes a concern
Comply with venue or local authority directives at any time
Event Changes
Final guest count and event details must be confirmed no later than seven (7) days prior to the event date.
Changes made after this deadline may not be accommodated.
Any special services outside of standard packages require written agreement and may incur additional fees.
Licensing & Insurance
Lowcountry Pour Co. is fully insured and operates in compliance with applicable local regulations for dry hire mobile bar services.
